Lacking recurrent expense options

I have been looking for a good app to be able to accurately forecast my account balances without a lot of complexity. This app overall accomplishes this , ALTHOUGH, part of forecasting balances is accurately listing ones expenses and how often they reoccur. This app needs more options ... Not just "every week" or "every month" ... Being able to select the number of weeks or months is critical ... I cant use this app because of this .... But Id like to . I get paid every two weeks ... Water bill is every 2 months ... Garbage 3 months ... Etc... Hopefully gets update.
